I want to give the service 5 stars because it pleasantly surprised me. The officer was extremely kind and gave me clear information about the process. In addition, I had the opportunity to receive a free consultation with an immigration attorney, which was a big help. Although we had to wait quite a while to receive our passport, I understand there were a lot of people. The cleaning staff was kind and efficient, although I would like the security guard to show more enthusiasm. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at the Consulate; I would just recommend bringing a jacket because it’s cold.
