I arrived at the Consulate on Wednesday, June 7, very worried and nervous because my children’s passports had expired and they had a flight to Mexico that same day. When I arrived at the consulate, I was helped very kindly by Marisol, to whom I explained my desperate situation. She, in a kind and solution-oriented manner, helped me with renewing my children’s passports. It was two passports, and both Marisol and Victoria provided us with excellent, fast, and friendly service. I am extremely happy because I was treated with respect at all times and they solved the problem for me.
