I had an incredible experience at the Consulate of Guatemala. All the staff were super friendly and respectful, except for the receptionist, who was a bit rude. She almost scolded my brother-in-law because she said he didn’t have an appointment, but then we realized she was looking for it in another appointment system. Despite that, the service at the consulate was excellent and I’m very satisfied with how I was treated.

I arrived at the Consulate on Wednesday, June 7, very worried and nervous because my children’s passports had expired and they had a flight to Mexico that same day. When I arrived at the consulate, I was helped very kindly by Marisol, to whom I explained my desperate situation. She, in a kind and solution-oriented manner, helped me with renewing my children’s passports. It was two passports, and both Marisol and Victoria provided us with excellent, fast, and friendly service. I am extremely happy because I was treated with respect at all times and they solved the problem for me. Many congratulations to the entire team at the Consulate of Mexico in Miami, but especially to Marisol and Victoria, who are very resourceful and professional.

I received excellent service at the Consulate. I arrived on Wednesday at 3:10 without an appointment to renew my passport, and since there weren’t many people, they helped me very kindly. By 4:15 I already had my new passport in my hands. Also, the receptionist answered all my questions very kindly.
