Although there are appointments available, sometimes I feel they want to charge a bit more than they should. However, I know this does not reflect the attitude of all staff. Despite some inconveniences, I’m sure they will work to improve. I hope they continue providing help to older people who need it. I think that with a few adjustments, their appointment system and customer service will be much better.
