We were at the consulate on September 13 to complete a procedure that my husband and I needed, and I want to congratulate the staff in general and especially the staff in charge of windows 2 and 5. The treatment we received from the security staff from the moment we arrived was excellent. The staff in charge of the initial window and later, as I already mentioned, the staff in charge of windows 2 and 5 assisted us kindly, with a service-oriented attitude, and showed efficiency and speed in completing the procedure. After this experience, I can’t help comparing it to the consulate in Santa Ana, where a month ago we completed the same procedure and had a terrible experience. We left there scolded and it took us more than 4 hours, while in San Bernardino, in less than 1 hour we were finished. CONGRATULATIONS, SAN BERNARDINO CONSULATE! It was a very pleasant experience.
