I had an incredible experience at the Mexican consulate in the city of SLC, Utah! I was impressed by the kindness, availability, and attentiveness of every employee who helped me. From the beginning, “Sara” greeted us with a huge smile and kindly accommodated my needs as a person with a disability. She even took the time to obtain authorization from her supervisors to help us in an extraordinary way. Then we were assisted by “Ana” at the medical window, who again provided exceptional and private service for our needs. In addition, they gave us a card for “Pablo” with an emergency number available 24 hours a day. Incredible! Afterwards, we received special and dignified accommodations to process the passport and the consular ID card. I am very grateful to the woman who supported us in this process, as she was very kind and professional. She even kindly offered to print my children’s CURPs. Overall, I am very grateful to everyone who assisted us on July 14, 2023 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the consulate. I am proud to have fellow Mexicans who truly serve and support us abroad. Long live Mexico and its professional and cordial people who stand behind us!

Also, the security guard decides who gets an appointment and who doesn’t. I was truly disappointed by this situation.
